NO STITCH TECHNOLOGY – THE SEAMS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCEY

Welded not sewn. The secret is so simple. It’s all in the production process. Unlike traditional suits, the seams on the NST are not sewn. The weld is waterproof unlike traditional seams. The manufacturing process combined with an extremely light material leads to a completely new dry diving experience. Of course, the EXPLORER NST has all the features that characterize SCUBAFORCE suits. OPS System; suspenders, two large pockets, waist adjustment. Boots,
seals, zips can be choosed from a wide variety of options.

SEAMS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERRENCE

The application of durable, abrasion-resistant adhesive tape to the seams of a suit can significantly improve its mechanical strength. This process is performed by a machine that carefully monitors and adjusts key parameters like pressure and temperature. Although it is not required, the tape is applied to all welds to offer an additional layer of protection, thus providing double safety.

PERFECT FIT

A diagonal front zip combined with a telescopic torso provides the perfect fit. This combination also allows for independent entry and exit.

OPS - OVERLAY PROTECTION SYSTEM

The EXPLORER NST has the Overlay Protection System - OPS.
The OPS is made from a very strong Cordura material and protects the suit on exposed areas (shoulders, back, arms).

INTEGRADED XBP BELLOWS POCKETS

The basic configuration of the EXPLORER NST provides two XBP bellows pockets. These large-volume suit pockets provide the diver with a secure space to store equipment. A reinforcement rod in the outer pocket cover assures easy location and open and close, even when wearing thick gloves. Integrated bungee loops allow you to attach your equipment and guarantee that everything stays within reach. Additional internal pockets offer even more storage room and separation for necessary equipment such as wetnotes.
